Sofra Restaurant in Alfeld (Leine)

Yesterday we ordered from Sofra via Lieferando. According to the order confirmation, it should take 1 hour. Unfortunately, this turned into 2 hours. Food then arrived cold and inedible. When asked at the delivery man at the door, neither answer nor apology. He just left without a word ?! I have never experienced anything like it. Unprofessional behavior !!! Never again

Delivery was 40 minutes late and was only lukewarm. Wasn't the first time this happened. Will never order there again.

Worst place ever. Ordered food on a Friday at 9 p.m. and did not deliver, although it is open until 10.30 p.m. Then on Saturday we requested the order again and lo and behold nothing. This shop won't see a penny from us again. In addition, the veal is just disgusting mince in strips, not a piece of fillet. Would give 0 stars if it could. Sofra has completely subsided. Not recommendable! Better eat at BABA !!!

Unfortunately, the kebab meat is as usual in Alfeld, just a slurry of fat and leftover meat. It's a skewer. This is not legally allowed to be called “kebab”, but “kebab style”. The food control office urgently needs to correct this.

Good food, nice beer garden

Ordered via Lieferando and not satisfied. Fast delivery and nice staff. 1 Big kebab with lots of veal was almost only lettuce and onions and hardly any meat. 2 Large calzones with hot peppers and salami were small calzones without salami. Only 1 large doner kebab with chicken without salad really good, as well as the Magharita pizza.

Order took far too long and the wrong order arrived completely and again and again when we ordered there!

My personal favorite among the Turkish providers in Alfeld. Even after several changes of operator, you can always eat well and tasty here. In addition to the top delivery service, the restaurant in the upper area of ​​the building is also worth mentioning.

I used to like going to Sofra. There was also a good vegetarian selection. Today I ordered a Falafel Dürüm and was very disappointed with the price-performance ratio: Ready Dürüm from the bag, which was warmed up briefly and as ingredients only the falafel, only sauerkraut and iceberg lettuce with three tomato slices. The sauce was okay. For that € 5 is not appropriate. Unfortunately, I will prefer other snacks in the future - a shame.

An absolute impudence! Ordered food! Food after 2 calls still not there! After 2 1/2 hours it came and was lukewarm (even if it steamed when unpacking!) It was missing things that were paid! Staff was in my opinion overwhelmed and the driver unable! Thanks for the messy evening ?

Unfortunately I can not say much about the food, because we are waiting for over 2 hours for the food! Never again will I order there !!!!! So eating came after three hours! Of course cold and half missing! After another call, we were put off and meant the driver comes right back with the rest of the eSsen! Waited an hour .... called again and then we were misled, we would have ordered the food as delivered !!!! So a Dreckladen- I find no words for something !!!!!

On Saturday evening we gave a slightly larger order for 6 people. The pizzas, pomander and kebab were cold on delivery. Only the baked doner kebab was hot, but looked like eaten once before. It should be hollandaise sauce on it, but the doner meat swam in an indefinable red, extremely oily sauce without taste. The oil has also spread nicely over the entire table when unpacking. The cheese seemed to have been thrown into the bowl just before packaging and added everything to an indefinable crooked. It was just disgusting. Not even the dog wanted to eat it after pouring off the oil. The kebab salad was edible, but quite tasteless. In a phone call to make the complaint I have not really filled up for full. They wanted to send us the complete order again as a reminder, but we did not really care about that after the previous disappointment. Conclusion: Ordered for the first and last time.

Sat in the beer garden in summer, eaten delicious. Nice service. Salad fresh and tasty.

Nix dolles except dirty long fingernails. If you work with food you should already have clean fingernails then come more people

Very nice restaurant and very friendly service. One is greeted and served very warmly. The food selection is rich and very delicious. Here one also likes to sit longer. The price-performance ratio is great. Always worth a visit.
